Well gang, once again I fell of the blogging band wagon. March 29th I returned home, back in the states. Speaking of home, I've purchased one!
The process of writing an offer, the negotiations and the ten-thousand hoops I had to jump through were all worth it in the end. I managed this project from Manila which was just as big of challenge as I expected, and five days later I had keys in my hand.
It is a mid-century ranch with plenty of projects to keep me busy. I'd be lying if I said the past month was easy, but I know it will be worth it in the end. It's always worth it in the end.
